Excellent value for money hotel!

Great value, good location, friendly staff and very clean! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Room was decent sized. Great location with a convenient stall just next to the hotel. Many good restaurants within 5 to 10 min walk. Close to the international airport.

Car parking was via a car lift as the hotel has very limited space. As such we have to wait for our cars to be brought to the ground level, which is not a big deal, really.

A nice and big hotel in Jeju Island

The location is near airport so we caught a taxi to hotel (costs $5100 won). Our suite with ocean view is very big and spacious - there is bathroom in each room. It takes 10 minutes to walk to main shopping street. There is a 24 hours convenience store right next to hotel so we bought light dinner from there for 2 nights after our 8 hours trip. The free laundry is a big +, just need to purchase detergent from vending machine ($1000 won). Free and nice small sandwich tastes nice too. These are the main reasons that I choose this hotel.

We have to go to reception to get the remove control for air conditioning - not sure why it's not provided in the room and we need to go to reception to register the remove control before using it - this is a 4 star hotel, I guess there is no enough staff to deliver it to us...

Comfortable stay at good location

Good location and we enjoyed the breakfast that was given out. The room was also great in terms of amenities and cleanliness.

The service was just acceptable. We did not feel very welcome, and the staff was rather cold and unforthcoming with any help.

Great stay at Ventimo hotel

We booked the suite room with sea view from Dec 18-25 and it was great. Big and spacious for our family of 4, nothing much to complain about. Location is great as it is near the airport so getting here was quick and easy. They have laundry room so we can get our washing and drying done easily when needed. A 24hrs convenience shop was just next to the hotel so it is easy to get any items from there. Many restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. If not just get the counter staff to call a taxi if you are not driving. The daily breakfast sandwiches that they hang at your door were also a nice start to the day. We also got a nice bag of chocolate and sweets for Christmas from the hotel.

Need more hangers in the closet. It's like only 2 to 3 hangers per room cupboard and 4 of us need to hang our winter jackets and other clothes. Also need some spoons and forks in the suite room..else how to stir our coffee and eat some of the food we bought.

Clean comfortable room with good facilities

Room was clean and comfortable and very near to airport. Right next to convenient stores. There are 4 washers and dryers which are helpful for travellers wanting to do their washing. Staff are helpful too if any issues.

Parking is a bit far, abt 10mins walk and not very convenient when it's raining or cold. Not a big problem though as the parking lot is quite big and we had no problem finding parking everytime.

A pleasant stay with the high tech facilities, friendly staff and strategic location.

Spacious room, high tech facilities, friendly front desk & concierge staff & housekeepers and strategic location.

The sofa is pretty old, sagging and unstable. Please consider replacing a new and better one. Adding more hangers would be much appreciated.

abit away from everything else but rooms are clean and staff are helpful

the staff were mostly obliging and in times of the very bad snowstorm, even offered heat pack. willing to help book taxi and recommend nearby eating places.

there was no lighting at the bathroom shower area, only lighting at basin area, very dark when showering and feels creepy whenever I shower, tiles are dark colored too.

Wonderful

Location is very near the airport (about 5 - 8 minutes drive away), and also have a convenience store just next door. The suite was of a good size and very clean overall. There's also free laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers) - bring your own detergent, or just purchase it from the vending machine at the lobby. The hotel had a breakfast promotion when we were staying and provided complimentary delicious and healthy sandwiches!

Limited parking space at the hotel, when returning late at night. But hotel staff was very nice to help park at a nearby carpark.

A very welcoming, comfortable and excellent stay in Jeju!

The staff at Ventimo were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay! From helping us with luggage storage, check-in procedures, to sharing with us how to use the vending machine for laundry necessities (as it is in Korean) and swiftly resolving our light switch issue in the room. Healthy sandwiches are given out daily when we put the sandwich bag outside the room, expect it to be a light breakfast. The room has great ambiance, very comfortable furniture, toilet with bidet system and is very clean. An English manual was also provided to help navigate the various buttons in the room, bidet system and hotel amenities, it will be great to have a TV channel list too. Loved how the hotel has a common area for guests to wait downstairs for cars/travel buddies, with calming aroma, coffee/tea vending machine, ice dispenser, water filter system, and a comfortable seating area. There's also a laundry room which is so useful, but maybe need the same amount of dryers as washing machines available as it was quite a wait. An English instruction manual was also provided in the room and that was very helpful! Last but not least the hotel has great accessibility - less than 10min car ride from the airport; approx 10min walk to a bus stop which has many buses which connect you to places around Jeju City and also a bus terminal to get to different parts of Jeju; has a convenience store next door; approx 15-20min walk to a big shopping/cafe district behind the hotel location. Highly recommend others to stay here and will definitely book the hotel again on my next trip to Jeju! Thanks for a great stay, Ventimo!

Wonderful

Very comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean & spacious. There's also free laundromat available at this hotel. Front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. The free sandwich breakfast is such a nice touch from the hotel too, I wish I had stayed longer! Would recommend if you are looking for a hotel near to the Jeju airport :)

The property was strategically located near the airport, which is very convenient for hs as we had multiple bus tours with the meeting point at the airport carpark. In addition, the property is very clean and the staff were super friendly and super patient with us as we had issues making dinner reservations when we didn't have a Korean number with us.

Additional pillows would be appreciated.

Minimalistic and clean accommodation with all the required amenities! Highly accessible location, within 5mins driving distance from jeju airport. The receptionist is really helpful as they even offered to help us book the taxi and attended to our needs. Satisfied with the breakfast provided!
